Established in 2008, the Manchester One @ Synergy House carrier neutral colocation facility has earned its reputation as one the highest quality data centres in the North. The facility provides over 23,000 sq ft of premium technical space offering colocation solutions from quarter cabinets and single racks to secure caged suites and private halls built to bespoke individual client standards.
Significant recent investment into expansion at Manchester One has provided additional space for a further 400 racks in a brand new wing of the data centre, with flexible colocation configurations immediately available.

Manchester One has two HV supplies and substations enabling the facility to sustain high powered racks
N+1 Scania Generators can take the full load of the building should a mains power failure occur
Chloride energy efficient UPS systems provide N+2 uninterruptible power to our racks with an 18 minute autonomy providing power protection from spikes and mains failures

N+1 Airedale HVAC system provides redundant under floor cooling
The ambient temperature is kept at a constant 22degreesC with 50% humidity
The FM200 and VESDA systems provide the most efficient non-water based data centre fire detection/suppression system available on the market today
